About Teachable Machine

Teachable Machine is a web-based tool by Google that makes creating machine learning models fast, easy, and accessible to everyone. It requires no coding and allows users to train their own "brain" to recognize images, sounds, or poses using their computer's camera and microphone. The workflow is split into three simple steps: Train, where you collect samples of what you want the AI to learn; Test, where the AI processes the data to build a model; and Export, where you can use the model in your own projects, websites, or apps. For the public good, Teachable Machine is widely used by educators to teach AI concepts and by hobbyists to build accessibility tools—such as a program that recognizes specific hand signals for people with limited mobility. Because all processing happens locally in the browser, user data remains private. The tool supports the export of models to TensorFlow.js, allowing them to be integrated into functional web applications easily.
