Lively (formerly GreatCall) offers health and safety products and services for older adults, including mobile devices, cellular service, and a wearable device. Its core mission is to enable care at home by providing consumer health products and device-based emergency response services for the active aging population. The "Lively Link" app is a free smartphone application that keeps family members informed about the health and safety of loved ones who use Lively devices. Caregivers can check in on seniors from anywhere without disturbing them, helping them maintain an independent life. Since 2018, Lively has been a subsidiary of Best Buy Health, integrating its emergency response agents and care advisors into a broader wellness network.
